Demonstration and Trial Process
At Smart Infection Control, we understand the importance of finding the right solution for your facility. That's why we offer comprehensive consulting services to help you make an informed decision about which of our 3 SMART NosoEx systems is appropriate for each location.
Survey your facility to confirm which of the 3 SMART NosoEx systems is appropriate for each location
Our team of experts will conduct a thorough survey of your facility to assess its specific needs and requirements.
We will analyse the size of the area, the type of environment, and the existing infection control measures in place to determine the most suitable SMART NosoEx system.
Provide the option of a Free of Charge demonstration /Trial in an area of your choice so you can see what it can do for you.
Once we have identified the most appropriate SMART NosoEx system for each location (ward), we will arrange a product demonstration/ trial for you at a location of your choice.
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) can be agreed where the specific indicators to be measured and monitored during the trial can be detailed as well as the required benchmarks. These could include improved compliance leading to a reduction in HCAI, cost savings enabling the SMART NosoEx System to be at least cost neutral.
This will give you the opportunity to see the system in action and understand how it can effectively improve your Hand Hygiene Compliance, controlling and preventing the spread of infections in your facility.
Installation and Training Support during the Demonstration/
Trial.
Installation of the SMART Nosoex Hand Hygiene will take place on the agreed dates and schedule. The terms of the Service Level agreement will be followed during the trial which would include:
- What is to be monitored?
- Threshold levels.
- Current benchmarks.
- Training.
- Go Live date.
- Frequency of reporting
- Detailed monthly feedback reports.
- Assistance with interpreting results and provide recommendations for focussed and positive reinforcement training.
Evaluation of the Demonstration/Trial
Once the Demonstration/Trial has been completed the outcome of would be determined through direct feedback and comparing the compliance results vs the Service Level Agreement (SLA) selected indicators to be monitored/measured and their respective benchmarks. These would include:
- Improvement in compliance vs benchmark.
- Reduction in HCAI's, excess bed days, absenteeism - Savings
- Cost neutral calculation
- Proposal for installation across the hospital.
If the decision is not to proceed the system would be deactivated and uninstalled ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
